2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

• Store means the online store available at https://meblezklasa.org.

• Seller means MEBLE Z KLASĄ SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ.

• Customer means any individual or legal entity purchasing products through the Store.

• Consumer means a natural person entitled to consumer protection under applicable law.

3. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• you are at least 18 years old;

• you have the legal capacity to enter into legally binding agreements;

• all information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order where fraud, unlawful activity, or a breach of these Terms is reasonably suspected.

4. Products

MEBLE Z KLASĄ manufactures and sells handcrafted furniture, including beds and furniture for residential interiors.

Each product is individually handmade.

Minor variations in dimensions, wood grain, color, texture, or finish are natural characteristics of handcrafted furniture and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Product photographs are provided for illustration purposes. Actual products may vary slightly due to the handmade production process and differences in display settings.

5. Pricing

All prices displayed on the Store:

• include applicable VAT where required by law;

• are displayed in the currency selected by the customer;

• do not include shipping charges unless explicitly stated.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before the order is confirmed.

The Seller reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors before accepting an order.

6. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.

Available payment methods may include:

• Visa;

• Mastercard;

• Apple Pay;

• Google Pay;

• other payment methods supported by Shopify Payments.

Order production and shipping begin only after successful payment authorization.

7. Order Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase products.

A legally binding sales agreement is formed only after the Seller sends an order confirmation email.

The Seller reserves the right to reject or cancel an order in situations including:

• pricing errors;

• product unavailability;

• suspected fraud;

• legal or regulatory requirements.

If payment has already been received, a full refund will be issued using the original payment method.

8. Customer Accounts

Customers may place orders with or without intentionally creating an account.

When an order is placed, a customer account may be created automatically to allow access to order history and future purchases.

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

9. Shipping

We currently ship to:

• European Union countries;

• Ukraine.

Ownership and risk transfer to the customer upon successful delivery, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

10. Returns and Warranty

Consumers are entitled to withdraw from distance purchase agreements within the period established by applicable consumer protection legislation.

Our warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover mechanical damage, misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.

• trademarks;

• branding materials;

• website design;

is the intellectual property of MEBLE Z KLASĄ or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

12. Website Availability

We strive to ensure uninterrupted access to our website.

However, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, software updates, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MEBLE Z KLASĄ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the Store or purchased products.
